Took my Mark III to the range last Sunday and a friend of mine wanted to shoot it. Long story short (I have NO IDEA how he did this) he forced an empty mag into the mag well backwards and it is now stuck. I was wondering if any of you guys have ever experienced this and might be able to direct me on how to remove the mag. I took the grip panels off but that is as far as I got. Thought I would check here before going any farther.

    Thanks for the help

I don't know about breaking it down but If you can like you were cleaning it you might be able to get it knocked out from the top.I know they break down down diffrent than the mark 2.

Remove the left grip and insert a small flat screwdriver, up into the open slot towards the back of the pistol opposite the mag release.

It seems there is a linkage that gets hooked onto the magazine. You can use a spare mag to get an idea of where it's caught.
