    Finally got around to tearing apart the new Rossi Lever. I also have the .44 Mag version and went through it a while ago.

    Did the fluff and Buff on all the parts and upgraded some parts from https://stevesgunz.com/. Changed out the mag spring and follower.

    Also removed that stupid safety and installed a stainless plug. The 44 mag I did the same but also upgraded the sights. The .357 came with great sights so I left them stock.

    I have a 20" .357mag Rossi thats had similar treatment, but by a pro as I'm not qualified to work on lever guns! All in, its only about a $800 investment. Much more palatable than an old Winchester or Marlin price tag. The safety delete was high priority for mine and having the action slicked up was just to make me happy... very nice upgrades there Kendive!
