+1 for Boogeyman Customs. they have super fast turn around, do ceracote in house and are a great company to deal with. they did a G19 slide for me door to door in 8 business days. they're in Tucson AZ if memory serves...

Dont know anyone locally to do RMR cuts. If i want a RMR cut i send it to Hex Precision in Texas or Zaffiri

I can take care of any optic cuts you may need. I will post pictures shortly. I’m located in PCB. I’m new to the forum but not the area. And I’ve done business with a couple guys here on the forum as well.

Stay away from precision tactical in crestview, they have cut many of my buddies guns all of them with issues. One they cut the lugs for a rmr too short and it wobbles now. Their cerekote wears off very fast causing corrosion.

I do all of my own machining, designing and programing. No loose fits here. We maintain tolerance on the machining of the optic cut to match the following coating. All are cut on a HAAS VF-2 and indicated to +/- .001 over the length of the slide. Ill keep and eye on this thread if anyone has any questions. But PMs work also.

You're best option is to mail your stripped slide off to a reputable shop. Also, be prepared for some decent wait times. First ones that come to mind are-

Locally maybe try Precision Tactical in Crestview, I've heard hit/miss with them. PFC in Cantonment is a no fly zone for me...

I would suggest staying away from the gun shop in cantoment. There has been a few threads on here where people wait extremely long times. I believe one guy had some parts lost because it sat around there for a while.

Dang...and I just found PFC while riding around yesterday...thought I might have been onto something.

I’m looking for somewhere to mill for something non rmr. There very nice and everything but for the price of a new one I’ll hold off on it.
