I have taken custody of a few guns that were stored in a leaky house with no power for a few years and have developed some profound rust. This is beyond a few squirts of Kroil and some 0000 steel wool!

The owner isn’t really a gun person and I told them I would look into what it would take to bring them back to life. I was wondering if anyone around here did refinishing work. I’m looking for sturdy over good looking (the opposite of what I look for in a woman!) so I was thinking parkerized or ceracoated or similar.

    Thanks in advance!
