Recommendation of Colorado Elk Hunting Outfitter/ or Inzana Outfitters in BC

Anyone give a good recommendation for a good, reasonably priced elk hunting outfitter/guide in Colorado? Looking to keep hunt around $4k or better.

Also, looking at possible bear hunt alterative with Inzana Outfitters, in Prince George, BC. Anybody ever hunted with the outfitter, Paul Trepus?
