range on Wednesday morning anyone?

I got my ar15 build done and it has been calling my name for 2 days now!! Anyone free in the morning to go to the range? If interested reply to the post or pm me your number. Santa rosta shooting center is the only place I know and they open at 9:00 am.

Had a good time at the range. After a day of shooting with flipup sights I will be buying an optic of some type. I did good at the 50 yard target, about a 4 inch group. I had a hard time seeing the 100yard target. i think one of the problems might have been the 8 inch target i was using at that distance. I still managed to hit the target at 100yd just not a good group. I would like to say thanks to the people who helped me with my ar15 build. It is a keeper.

Magnified optics make shooting paper a lot more fun for me. Glad that your AR ran well, I sure wish I could go to the range on a wednesday morning

I need that kind of vacation, I always get roped into doing stuff that isn't shooting when I am away from work.

I took my red-dot sight off for a while to focus on being proficient with iron sights on my AR. I actually didnt miss my red-dot at all. It was a fun challenge to make it "not easier", hah. That being said, I put my red-dot back on and have thoroughly enjoyed it again. But now I know, I'm proficient with irons and also I know how HELLA FUN a red-dot sight is.
