It states that this man was arrested for unregistered firearms, as well as other charges. In Florida we have no mandate to register any firearm so long as it is not class III, correct? I know that some cities may require registration of firearm but not Pensacola. This being the case, I don’t understand this unless it is because he is a felon. Can anyone shed any light on this please?
