I'm building a house in 6 months or so. The place I live now has some trees that could produce some fine structural beams and such does anyone
have one they'd be willing to rent out? I'd affirm to repair any damages.

I was going to do the same thing way back. I found a mill that would pick up the trees, saw them into rough planks, air dry them for 6 months, plane and edge, grade the lumber then deliver them back for, seems like it was $25 a hundred BF.

Structural lumber must be dried and stamp graded to pass inspection. Building with yellow pine will test your patience.
