Comes with everything you see. Rear is velcro lined so will also work with an inner belt. Has some adjustment left. It fits me and I wear a size 32. It has a few inches it can be opened up and can also go smaller. Very ridged belt. ASP batton holster, handcuff holsters, Pistol Holster fits a full sized glock with a light.
