Where do I find one of those frames? Or is that a custom weld?A Colt Series '70 Gov't and a Safari Arms Matchmaster

Raven, you would have to search the internet and/or stores to find one. The frames were originally manufactured by M-S Safari Arms in Phoenix, AZ in the 70s and they also sold complete guns. They were bought by Olympic Arms in 1987 and production was moved to Olympia, WA. Olympic Arms stopped production of their 1911 models when their pistolsmith, Richard Neimer (formally of Detonics), passed away in 2013. It may take a while to find one, but not impossible.Where do I find one of those frames? Or is that a custom weld?

Ruger Blackhawk Bisley in .45 Colt. A Williams Distributor exclusive. I hope to get it out to the range soon. I have my plastic guns, but there is nothing like the feel of a solid steel old fashioned single action revolver.
