Pepper Spray

What is the best pepper spray I can buy? I'm looking for my niece so it has to be small enough to put on her keyring or in her purse.

Not sure the brand but my gf has a mini bottle attached to her keychain, has a safety cover so no accidental discharge. And remember the more portable it is the more she will actually keep it on her. No woman will carry a large bottle if it means she can fit that extra thing of lipstick or makeup with her in her purse
