Should have called that ballot initiative "50 Shades of Gray". I like the intent but I don't think it protects the Citizens from State or Fed Law if Police/Agents find or "sting" a violation in Coos County. Violation of State/Fed Law is "THEIR" Jurisdiction even in Coos County. We know only bamalama, Homeland Security, DOJ, BATFE, INS and the IRS can pick and choose what Laws to enforce and what laws to ignore! Oh, add hillary too!

My point is people across the country are getting fed up with their constitutional rights being trampled on and you'll continue to see counties and other groups standing up and fighting for their rights.

If the sheriff is up for it he can arrest Feds who come into his county and try to enforce federal law. Supreme Court ruled long ago that states could not be forced to enforce federal law

I'm looking for a link to the court case that made that decision. My brother in law is a cop-in-training who thinks that federal LEOs are gods who can go anywhere and do anything they want.
