Up for sale is an old US military small arms repair chest. I’ve had this for years and I figured I’d put it up here if anyone is interested in it. I have no idea how old it is, I would guess from the 1960’s, but could be older or newer. Never could find anything on the internet about it, but it’s pretty cool. Looks like something you would see at Camp Perry matches, and it might be just the thing for your military weapon collection. It has 5 felt-lined sliding drawers, and the front cover folds down as a tray. The handle of the bottom drawer is damaged, but slides freely. It comes with 2 matching brass US military padlocks with a matching key. I think it’s amazingly cool, but I haven’t had room to display it, so I figured it list it here. I’m pricing it $80 or 8 new DD320786-E428-422B-A921-08AE38D44281.jpeg p-mags, which I hope is fair. If I’m off on the price, let me know, but I’ve never seen one before, or been able to even find a similar one on the internet.

About 1/2 way down on page 24 of this M1918A2 BAR manual references this tool kit. About all the info I could find.

I’ll trade you 4 new sealed pmags & $40 if you’re willing to hold it until after Tuesday.
Very cool that you were able to find info out on it! And from a 1918a2 BAR! Looks like this tool chest is older than I thought!
Well, to the winners go the spoils, you found the historical info on it, so $40 and 4 pmags works for me. I’ll hold it for you until Tuesday, I’m glad it found a good home.
