That's a lawsuit waiting to happen! No matter how much common sense a trash can in the middle of the road is for stopping and reevaluating before proceeding, it's still not an actual safety cone or any kind of a safety barrier or any kind of a legal lane closure. If you had a rope cinched around your nuts and some idiot jumped on your back, and the only way to make the pain stop was to possibly jump and kick, you’d probably catch some air, too.

Apparently his “name” is G63 from some place in Mexico called Rancho El Aguaje. Other videos of him out there. Here’s a different angle of the same exact ride, but in real time. Lots of frantic moves by the “clowns”...
