R&R in Taiwan: The rooms at the Kent Hotel came with accessories (1 or 2). They would be knocking before your duffle bag hit the floor, pick what you want the and send the rest away. Usually only one had fair english and the other was "in training". You exchange pleasantries for a few hours then send them away so you could sleep without getting picked clean. The ladies new your priorities: company, booze (American commissary package store), food, booze & clubs) company and gift shopping to send something home. What ever hard liquor was left over at checkout time you gave to the ladies and they sold it to the bars which never had good stuff. Kind of a blurr but I remember that much.
