Saw this morning that the requirement that have local Chief Law Enforcement Officer sign off on personal NFA items is now no longer a requirement. New ruling goes into effect in approx 6 months, just enough time to support Form1 now and receive approval as new ruling goes into effect.

Cant find link on facebook again, haha

So, if a trust currently exists, must the additional documentation be filed on each responsible person? Or is it only required if new items are added to the trust?
