    I own 60 AK'S AND/ TYPE 56 ASSAULT WEAPONS. THE TOUGHEST OVER BUILT AND ACCURATE IS THE 1990-94 NORINCO MODIFIED AK-47 THE RECIVER IS THE THICKEST OF ALL , BARRELS ARE KNURLED FROM CHAMBER TO MUZZLE HUNDREDS OF COOLING FINS ,CHROME LINED,BARRELS, BOLTS AND CARRIERS ARE HEAT
    TREATED AND POLISHED
    TRIGGERS ARE DOUBLE HOOKED, STAINLESS SPRINGS. I can only go by my experience I have never had a problem with a MODIFIED TYPE 56 THEY ARE INDESTRUCTIBLE I STILL OWN 6 NORINCO MAK'S I AM GETTING OLD AND STARTED PARTING WITH A FEW NOT A BAD INVESTMENT $199 in $1994. Now book 2023 is $1600 NIB

    I had a mak 90 and a norinco hunter back in the day. I think that norinco hunter was even more solid built like a tank. When the prices got stupid. So did I and sold them. Duh.
