Hey guys I'm kevin. I've used guns for a while but now that I've bought my first handgun I'm going to try and start shooting more. Any tips are welcome.
I figured it was time for a home defense weapon and I've always been a fan of the Mark 23. But considering the overwhelmingly high price I decided to go with a less expensive but very similar version. I know it's a little more than what I would need but I've always wanted a .45. As far as the light is concerned, it's completely unnecessary but my cousin said he'd sell it to me for $125. If what you want also satisfies what you need then why not?
Fired it for the first time a few days ago and I've gotta say I definitely made a good purchase.
Welcome and congrats! The HK45 is one of the finest 45 pistol out there IMO. anything more than 10 rds of .45 acp on a full size frame is just too wide. HK perfection
