Wouldn't really work for business owners, since owners of a corporation aren't employees and don't necessarily receive pay stubs in many cases.

ID was required even when then green cards were issued, though we should probably require a background check. I think that people that have lost rights are more likely to vote away the rights of others.

Or they could just check for active member status on sunbiz, since business owners information is generally public already. It's not actually an issue. Handling retirees would be tougher.
