Just curious, because the name states 556 and the cal written on gun is 223, is this 556 nato compatible?

Yes marked 223 not to go no NATO banned list.

Actually that is the MSAR E4 model, predecessor to the STG-556. Main difference is it take AR magazines.

Reads as follows MSAR STG-556/CAL .223 I think the pic I posted is of my other one this one is sn# 600-P0077XX. Stock is marked XM17-E4, and it does take AR mags. It is open for trades only thing I will not take is Wives of ex-Wives and or children.
