Moving first of the year HELP in Where

Well we are UNDER CONTRACT, Crestucky here we come! at least it is no where close to town. 1 Dec Closing gives us all Dec to move from the place we rent, hope all goes well! The new roof goes on before closing and the entire house was painted and floored to get ready for sale. Again thanks to Forum members in Lending, Insurance and Inspection, I will name you all when this is over as I have gotten great service!

Need quotes and ideas on a shed/portable building and some kind of cover/screen room for part of the deck and a well pump should anyone be in those businesses or expertise...Thanks OH AND A MOVER!

it is always hotter and colder there than the Pensacola area, by 4-5 degrees...
