Mounting Steel targets

I picked up a couple of 8" round AR500 targets with a single hole. What is the best way to mount them to minimize the chance of the bullet bouncing back at me?

Hang 'em on a shepherd hook type post so they can swing back freely when impacted... keep a minimum of 25 yds to target

I used a rebar hoop with hooks made from chain links welded to it, and then bolt chains to the the plate. The shepherd hook is probably much easier and just as effective... but I wanted to learn to weld!
