Not sure if any moderators have been designated yet or not, if not then please promote some to clean things up. I know it can be tough to work 9-5 and run a forum, but if you don't have someone helping to keep things tidy it can turn people away.

There are several SPAM posts showing up and once word gets out to other SPAMMERS it will get worse. Lets get it under control before it gets out of hand. Luckily it's only refinancing crap instead of Viagra and porn.

Anyone seeing the SPAM also needs to report it instead of replying to the thread. Click that little triangle so the mods and admin get notified!

I enjoy this forum. I will help the Admin/Mods in any way that I can. If they simply want notification re. the span I can very easily do that. They just need to let me/us know.

I too love the site and spend a lot of time on here, the spammers hit the off topic section 3-4 times starting at about 10:30- 2 a.m. I know, I know I don't sleep much, I take a lot of meds

We are trying to delete them as fast as we can. They hit all 24 hours. The only reason you see so many in the mornings is because we are sleeping. I know the guys are looking into ways to cut down on the amount of spam but a lot of it is posted for an actual person so they can get around any captcha or questions.

Hey guys just hit report post when you see spam and post it has been reported, that gives the Mods a heads up in case they have not seen it.

We are currently having our asses handed to us by the spammers, and trying to set up additional security. I understand that it hurts our site, and we are trying to figure it out as fast as we can. Thanks for reporting the posts guys .

It is OK, has been happening to all the gun forums I am on, check your settings, the IP from countries they are coming from and restrict as much as you can...good luck!
