Being kind of new here, I am still going to ask for assistance.

I am trying to accumulate images of MIM items that have actually broke on handguns through normal usage.

Not the "I have a friend of a friend who had a MIM pice break" stuff, but personal experience.

This does not include where MIM is broke by being removed or replaced, but actual images of the piece that broke in normal usage.

    Thanks.

    Yes, I am that one.
But with a new forum, maybe there are new pictures.

On the two slide stops you have seen, were they from a PI manufacturer?

I've seen 1 slide stop that (on a 1911) was wearing exceedingly fast at the area the barrel under lugs come into contact.
