    They’re a little meteor …
    No lol. Scientist pay a good bit for them. Not sure which kinds are valuable. I've seen videos online where even iron ones go for big bucks. Some aren't worth alot for thier mineral content but for what area they're from. They can tell. Some are actual pieces of closer planets and they slice em up and study them here since they can't fly to them and study them in person. There's people tho who do nothing but hunt these things and make big bucks. They'll drag huge magnets over deserts to pick em up etc, or metal detect for them. Some have gold, platinum, you name it inside as far as precious metals are concerned. It's way out of my wheelhouse for sure. Just repeating what I've seen. I will however say it's a very neat score. If anything it's a great whatnot and conversation piece.

    Btw I'd say that's considered a very large one too btw. Most burn up before landing. Then most of those are golfball in size typically.
