    I have a LEM big bite. I forget which model, but its great. I also have their sausage stuffer, jerky cannon and meat slicer. The meat slicer im not so impressed with. It overheats if you leave it on for a few minutes.

    so i decided on this one. smallest of Cabela/Bass Pro's commercial grade carnivore line. 1/2 hp. but it is a heavy monster! hope to put it thru it's shakedown cruise this weekend. thanks for everyones' advice and counsel.
