It looks like the scope mounting holes don’t line up. Have you had a scope mounted on it?

Looks to me like the holes line up but the stamp is off center?

I have never shot the rifle I can take pictures of the rifle level. The bore looks good I can post some pictures. it’s a pretty rifle that just sits. Somebody needs it make me an offer thanks.

Looking at the rifle the emblem is off set. Rifling looks good had to rig a light. Someone took the time to put a nice stock on this rifle I would be willing to bet the scope would line up nice.

Came across some info 1950 a bunch of argen 1909 went A dealer who had them rechambered to 3006,sporterized with new stocks ,and they were drilled for scope mounts. I may be wrong but it sounds legitament
