The bamalama Government always has to be dragged by overwhelming but obvious evidence when there is a terrorist attack on U.S. Soil. They still try to obscure evidence that is clearly tied to terrorism. The reason is because it makes bamalama look very, very bad.
When the U.S. Gov inadvertently drops ordinance on or shoot civilians: they are classified a Civilian Casualities; killed or wounded. When terrorists kill people at a Recuriting Station, Party or night club; the Gov calls them shooting victims and counts them as a Mass Shooting Event and press for more extreme gun control. The Government is supported in this spin by the media and it deflects from bamalama's failed anti terrorism Policy to a War on Guns. They use sub sets of "How": hijacked, crashed, blown up, shot, beheaded but they are all casualities of islamic terrorism and that is what bamalama does not have the resolve to fight.
Many of us grew up with Cronkite stating the causality counts on the 6 o'clock News and tried to keep from being added to those numbers while In Country. This may be too simple and sterile for some people. It does not generate the same level of sympathy as the term victim.
There are always civilian casualties in war be they accidental or targeted. The Government will always try to obscure facts and pitch it with spin to be most favorable to their agenda.
