I haven't shot it yet and it will likely be a few weeks before I do. I can't recommend any right now. I was not as brushed up on the bullet as I should have been before ordering but it was a "now or never moment".... knowing what I know now a barrel with say 1:11 twist "might" be a bit better... like I said have yet to shoot it but I am looking at bullet weights of 110-125 for testing.

Part of the fun was that I put together the lower myself. I did order a complete upper and I was shocked at how a lower from 1 company and upper from one completely different fit so well together... almost to tight of a fit.

Not funny... my delivery guy has dropped stuff on the wrong street a few times... luckily that neighbor knows me and will just bring the stuff over when they get home... notice I say street... he gets the entire road wrong.

The 300blk is what prompted me into getting into the AR game at all. Horrible timing! That said I now have acquired all the parts I need, save a dedicated upper receiver, and on the cheap at pre-jacked up prices. I went with a Noveske 16" barrel with the pistol length gas system. I did manage to buy a 5.56 upper from PSA Christmas day before they sold out again so if my backordered Daniel Def upper never comes I will just rebarrel that one.
