Looking for Anderson Lowers and a Carbine length Rail...

I am looking for some Anderson Lowers, I posted something several months ago about them and someone was saying they just bought one from a store in Milton, I don't remember the name and can't find my post now. I was asking about them and two places had some for sale, the store in Milton was like $60 OTD and I can't remember the other.

I am also looking for a Carbine length Rail. It's been 2+ years and still plastic b.s. I want a drop-in, Not a free-floating. If anyone knows someone selling one or knows somewhere to get one for a decent price let me know please. I'm not wanting to spend $200 or nothing crazy like that but I don't want a P.O.S. either.
Pm me or post here if you know about either of the two please. I appreciate it. As far as the rail goes, I will buy one offline if someone knows of a good rail/deal. I have been looking for a solid month or two now, slickguns, delton, psa, etc....
