I’m in the process of moving and need about 5-10 soft or hard cases. Don’t need anything super nice. Let me know what you have, can pay cash or have items to trade.

Had the same issue when I moved. Most rifle cases only fit regular rifles, most won't fit scoped rifles or ar's. Double, triple loaded my hard cases using old t shirts to cushion.

I might have to resort in doing this. I didn’t think about wrapping them in t shirts (good idea).

Twenty years of moving in the military, I wrapped mine in cheap blankets or bed sheets and wrapped packing tape around them. Blankets are cheap, especially if you have a Salvation Army or Good Will store close by. Excellent protection as well, spray firearm down with CLP prior to wrapping.

Blankets can be reused for a variety of projects and won't take up much room when folded and stored in the attic.
