What kind of lower is that? I’m not seeing a serial number on it….

It does not have one. It was machined from an 80%. As far as I'm aware, there is no legal issue with selling a firearm without a serial number. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I would have to look it up in the big red book but if recall correctly there is no legal requirement to serialize a firearm you make for your own use, but I believe that if you sell, trade or gift that firearm to another individual the alphabet boys require it to be serialized before it is transferred to the new owner.
