The human lab rat volunteers normally sign Hold Harmless Liability Waivers with the promise of routine medical follow up and tracking for some monetary pittance. Their legal recourse is only valid if there were scientific procedural errors or an unlisted/unforeseen condition arises. The Military uses the same type waivers where addition (non combat) risks are created or exist. I've signed them for flying Test Aircraft without a parachute/system and direct focused XXXX XXXX energy. I'm obviously still here and not burned or sterilized from it. Lol. I don't think all the Troops exposed to Atomic bomb testing had such Waivers.

Good Q! As I Interpet it: As "Both" are Elected and waiting for the Inauguration, the VP Elect would simply move up to Lead the ticket and be Sworn in as President, not Acting President. Names can be tossed out as the VP replacement but only the President Officially in Office, can nominate a person (anyone) for the VP vacancy to Congress and shall only take Office upon confirmation by vote of the House and Senate. The VP slot can and has remained vacant in the past. There is no auto fill provision for succession for the VP slot as there is for the President.

If either the House or Senate are not aligned with the President they can shoot down the nomination. This is the reason Ford was nominated to replace Agnew when he resigned. Ford had a consistent history of working across the aisle and was "acceptable".

I have actually pondered this and asked the same question. Especially when you realize that in the last 6 years China has released 5 others diseases from a lab in Wuhan....(maybe not all but some) and it was well known that that did this. Then you asked the question why at a time like this? is going on all over the world is a mess economically and at a time when the USA is having a Presidential Election and how so many are against, and our Economy is not doing well and so many people are hurting and out of work because all of this... This all was done for that purpose.

But I do find it interesting at some of world conferences for many years they have talked about Lowering the population, especially with people who they think are not contributing or are just taking $$$ and time, at one point it was mentioned, sick, elderly, mentally and physically ill and others... so yeah after they have mentioned it for so long and it just so happens that these are the very people that it effects..
This is NOT a coincidence this was all down for so many reasons..

the end questions now IS where are they taking all of this????? What is their game plan and end result that they really want.

Wife and I were driving home from work yesterday and One by Creed came on the radio. Haven't heard the song in at least a decade and never was a huge fan when they were big in the 90s. This verse really hit me hard though. I look over and my wife has got tears in her eyes. I felt it too. Hope to not come off melodramatic as I normally hate cringe shit. Just really got me thinking, hard to believe it was made in 1997.
