    Is there oil there??

Isn't war part of the final equation of a failed administration? I've noticed a pattern.

Haiti is, always was and shall continue to be a giant money sucking humanitarian disaster. Anyone in government there since Papa an baby Doc has taken the money and ran... don't see how some US and Canadian airmen gonna solve that problem child...

I’d rather we defend stability in our backyard than 1/2 way around the world. It’s still a **** hole country though.

Exactly. We have our own actual problems, exacerbated by this spineless puppet-in-chief.

How about a “rapid action force” to our borders to shut down the cartels’ multi-BILLION dollar trafficking enterprise that’s effectively protected AND Encouraged by this puppet and his regime... using OUR MONEY.

We have our own banana republic. Needs some fixin’...

Domestic side hustles don't pay as much for the senators and representatives. That's why.

Instead of repairing PR's above ground electric wires over and over, perhaps investing in a underground system might save US a few tax payer dollars? But fixing PR won't get near as many new immigrants as policing Haiti!

Seems to be what it's all about nowadays. Votes, illegal votes and white supremacists

What if we just moved 'em all in together and watched peace, tolerance, and unity break out?

    Throw prosperity in there too.
It doesn't seem likely that any of the islands are going to be prosperous with the current amount of earthquakes, volcanoes, and Hurricanes. But with enough global warming it may be possible that sea level shall rise enough that all the damages end up underwater? That may be an eventual cost savings to the American Tax Payer. Oops, isn't the current administration saving us from global warming at any cost?

You know it. Funny how they all own and keep buying ocean front mansions despite the sea level rising, glaciers melting, and polar bears dying. Seems like suicide to me.
As far as Haitians in Puerto Rico, they hate each other. The Puerto Ricans would slaughter them. Most of the different Hispanics do not get a long with each other.

Don't Haitians speak Creole? I thought they fell under Latino not Spanish speaking Hispanic? Guess it don't matter all that much to US ugly Americans. But it may be of concern in countries that allow folks to discriminate over such things.
