Dated February 2023. I still see ammo on the shelves and this is the only article I can find of its type. I can't stand Walmart. I go there once a month, maybe. I used to be in there a couple times a week.

Not really sure there is anything here but my last ammo purchase at Walmart, they finally did have a person there, they not only checked my ID (I’m over 60), but they input info from my DL into their computer! Never had that happen before!

They just enter your date of birth into the computer.

The last thing i bought from one of the big Wal-Mart's was a battery for my truck. I had two employees' from two different. auto parts stores tell me to go to Wal-Mart because they can't beat their prices. Plus they installed it. I looked for the ammo display. Finally found it tucked in a very small area. No one near it. WE do shop the Wal-Mart grocery outlet they have close to the house. Publix got way too expensive.

Lately they never have any ammo in stock I need. Locally Bass Pro has been the best place for finding ammo I needed.

I picked up some shot gun shells recently at Fairhope Wal Mart....they had a bunch of ammo on the shelves, so who knows? Even had a few long guns.

I believe that it has a lot to do with the store manager , there are several Walmarts in and around Tallahassee and some of them are stocked pretty good and others never seem to have anything to speak of.

They have never been my Go-To for ammo or firearms.
And they never will.
I could care less what Wally does.
They've been jerking around for years. One store eliminates firearms, then another store may have minimal stock. Same with Ammo, and the prices have not been great either.
Life is like a box of chocolates at wally world.

Pace Walmart has long guns and ammo. Just saw it last week.
