I used to hunt quite a bit when I was younger/kid but its been about 10 years since I hunted. I have heard quite a bit of horror stories about the WMA's. I would rather have a hunting club or lease but that seems pretty difficult to find unless I want to drive a few hours from Pensacola.

Is hunting public land feasible at all anymore for a family outing with all of the quota's and rules etc...?
