The "Presidents Club" has a habit of giving pardons to those who broke the law while working for the prez AND the new prez ALWAYS provides a blank pardon for the out going one. Fact of life. Every single one that got caught with their fingers in the wrong place got a public knowledge one, others got one the sly (insurance) but they are public record just no fuss.
