I am a Krav Maga Instructor in FWB and I have an instructor flying in from Israel to run a 7 day Tactical Rifle Instructor Course....

The course will be march 25th through march 31 and I have several people in other states that want to attend but not everyone owns a AR-15 or M4, I am trying to find out if there is a place where we could rent some guns. I know some shooting ranges do this but I We will be hosting the event at K&M and I think the guns they have for rent are not an AR platform.

    Any advice would be appreciated!!

    Thanks,
    KravInstructor

I have a DPMS M-4 I'd be willing to loan out. Btw, I've been practicing KM ( KC,MO) and have been looking for a local place. Also, just wondering, why do they have to be AR?

Good to know. Thank you.... It needs to be a 556 or 223, Preferably M4 or AR platform just mainly because it is the most common used in military here and in israel, and secondly it prevents having the instructor have to teach for 20 different types of guns....

You can contact me via email if you are interested in training....

If I do not find a place to rent all of the guns I will take you up on the DPMS, just let me know what you think is a reasonable fee..... We will be shooting 700 rounds through it.

This Course is going to be taught by one of the worlds best Krav Maga Trainers. His resume includes IDF and Special Forces and Then Moving to Combat and shooting instructor for the israeli special forces, Head body gaurd for the prime minister of israel and then a bunch of other stuff he will never speak of LOL....

I was trained by him for the tactical pistol instructor course and this guy is amazing.... I thought I knew my crap until then.

The course will cover, all of the standard stuff such as assembly , optics, and sites, how to use the scope or optics, etc etc and then it gets into the fun stuff,

I dont think I am allowed to put the entire sylabus online for people to see but here are some of the things in the course. Keep in mind a lot of these techniques you might know, but it is probably not the same techniques the israeli military uses....

    Principals of sharp shooting,
    Holding the rifle Various ways,
    Standing close and long range
    Low Kneeling
    High Keeling
    Sitting Positions
    Lying Positions

    Using Cover:
High cover right, left and above
Low Cover right left and above
    Cover from a lying position

    Movement with break falls
    running
    Stopping for shooting
    Break fall foward and backwards
Getting up from the ground foward and backward

    Tactical Movment:
    movment in corridor
    opening corners
    opening an entrance
    opening a door
    breaching a room
    getting out from a room
    climbing up and down stairs

    Malfunctions
    changing magazines standing and kneeling
Switching from primary weapon to secondary weapon (pistol)
Using the rifle as a cold weapon

defending against an attack with a knife, stick, axe, etc
defending against chokes and bear hugs
    defending against other common attacks
    rifle retention
Shooting single and multiple targets close and far from all of the positions mentioned above and much more...
