Help with plant ID. Hemlock.

This looks like some type of hemlock.
It seems strange to find only one mature plant. The flower heads don't look quite right either.

Yeah, don't think it's queen anne's. We've got wild carrot around here, but what you have doesn't appear to be thst, either...
