I bought this 12ga double barrel at an auction and cant find anything on maker or on the emblems. All the screws are hand made, the barrels are two different thickness, brake eject and double trigger. The only text is Fine Steel Belgium in the middle of the barrels.Only proof marking is a Crown bottle design with E over L G inside the bottle. There is a serial number 35929 with a C R under it.I know this is a long shot but I cant find anything on it at all, there is a few J P Clabrough brothers that look close to the same. Just wanted to see if someone has seen this emblem on the stock and might know what it is?
    Thanks Bryan

This may be of some help
Google belgian shotgun proofs then find the link to
    Shotgun.se/html/belguim
This a sight with proof marks that your gun has. It may help in determing what you have.
The butt plate may have been added at a later time. From the pic of it the fit doesn't look to good at one part.
Also the screws are mixed matched. I am no gun expert by no means just from observation.

Most inexpensive Belgian guns cannot be identified as to maker. They are referred to as "guild guns", and may have been assembled by any member of the gunmaker's guild, using parts produced by several other members.
