    $100/pistol, and $200/assault weapon. Wonder what they paid them for that shotty? If so, go home and make a shitload of them for what I can only assume would be $20 in parts, take them to the buyback and sell them to the cops, then PROFIT!

    these buyback programs do nothing but give street thugs a chance to upgrade their hog legs...
    giving money to thieves for stolen guns...

    They use 3/4 inch water pipe for the barrel and second large piece to slide over the barrel. Fix a 'firing pin' in the second pipe and slam the two together.
