If they don't, then I guess they didn't. My son's friend bought it that way new from a gun shop. Whether it was from the factory or a distributor, I don't know. Please disregard the word "factory". I'm not a Glock person, so thanks for bringing that to my attention.

My son's friend bought it new unfired in the factory case so I guess some distributor had a number of them done that way so they could sell more and at an increased (inflated) price. Just a guess.
