I hate tests, just gives Docs a chance to shop around, charge more and look for illnesses.

First up was the prostrate biopsy...peed blood for a week

Yesterday CT with contrast...you can tell I am old as I have been peeing rust for 2 days.

Sometimes I just want to live till I die and not know in advance what the prognosis is!

    Semi Rant over for now

I used to say when a few of my high school would get together and complain about all our ache's, pains & conditions ," I'm not ready for the alternative"
now I'm not so sure, right now only one regret; and that is I won't live long enough to fire some of the first shots in the next civil war. This time it will be Red vs blue states

So, I call the appointment desk and tell them I have occasional blood in my urine. Google has already told me all the bad news...scary as hell. The appointment lady says no need to come in we can schedule you telephonically, or some crap like that. I says I don't do zoom and all that stuff. No problem...we can just do it on the phone. Well, it's just a phone conversation. Ol' Doc says I'll refer you to a specialist. That never happened. Bleeding stopped. I get my statement from Medicare and Tricare and they were billed as if I got major peter-rectomy surgery...just from a phone call.

Had the blood in the urine thing back in Dec 2010, at age 43. Looked like I was peeing cherry kool-aid.

For me it was the passing of a kidney stone.........But they also discovered bladder cancer at the same time.

Lucky for me the cancer was low grade, non-invasive. So passing a stone, led to finding bladder cancer early. Been cancer free 11 years now.

I hate the bladder scopes, but thankful for what it found.

Hmmmmm, that gives me an idea! I’ll just take the money I pay them and give it to the hookers directly. You know cut out the middleman so to speak. I might not live as long , but I’ll die a hell of a lot happier
Modern insurance may pay for physical therapy just have to figure out the code and the co-pay.

In my running around days I had a fondness for cowgirls , especially barrel racers! They ride like hell and try to finish first . Now a hooker that was also a cowgirl could end up with the bulk of my estate, the mortician would have a hell of a time trying to get the smile off my face.

Well there was no blood noticeable but they saw it under a microscope and wanted to have anal sex with me, then after the biopsy I had real blood for a week...I will get the biopsy report the 10th

I just had a Prostate Biopsy as well. Definitely no fun. Mine was last Thursday and I'm still peeing blood.
It was a party. The doc had three nurses present.
Oh and the numbing shots didn't work at first. The first CLICK, I flinched so bad I almost slid off the table.
He had to numb me again.

funny thing was I thought it was with a needle not a medival tool. I also thought 1 sample and done but NOOOOOO 2 lobes required 6 each slivers 12 in total. The good was the only thing I felt except the intrusion was the numbing and that was not bad....No pain involved Yes he took pics, no I will not post

Well had my second prostrate biopsy today, just as the last, I hate it when they say we need to do it again to find something they did not find in the first.

Now I will be 72 this year, never been admitted in a hosp and no surgerys, always fairly healthy all my life...please do not go shopping for things at this point, I have little patience for them

ON A SAD NOTE: I had an acquaintance evidently commit suicide this week at 51 An EMT, Trauma NURSE AND FIREMAN in Pensacola. RIP Andy Irwin and Peace for your Sister.

Loss of a friend is bad . Hope / pray they are at ease and family accepts the loss. Miss my friends that are gone and remember the better times .
