I am the original owner, the pistol has never been subjected to a "mag dump" or rough use. It has about 1k rounds through it with only 1 FTF and 1 FTE both occurred using Blazer aluminum cased ammo so I'm inclined to see that as the cause.
Great gun just itching for something different.
