Item Description: I have a 300 Blackout (Palmetto State Armory Lower, Aero Upper), 16" 1:8 Twist Barrel with pistol length adjustable gas block, UTG Slim Free Float Hand Guard and a PSA BCG. Comes with 1 mag and 30 rounds of ammo. Minor blemishes on the hand guard, lower and upper but do not show well in pics. I am open to trades and really looking for a Savage 10 FP-SR in 308. I can add a Vortex SPARC-AR red dot for the right deal or additional cash. Thanks for looking.

Great question! For 300 BO subsonic loads, the pistol lenght gas system is needed for reliability. That is also the reason for the adjustable gas block, so you can tune to your loads and not over gas the action.
