    there is a good chance the primers are non-corrosive... i found several articles that said 1956 had corrosive primers, but 1957 did not..

    I have shot 1957 Yugo 30-06 that has had some corrosive primers mixed in. So always clean like it is corrosive.

    A wonderful little story on yugo 30-06. PS. I do not think I ever had a dud. and I loved the 22 round boxes. (Its like free ammo)
