Fresh off the boat - it's what's for dinner!

I spent this past week working in Dutch Harbor. I brought 60 pounds of these babies back home with me!

From the hold of the boat, through butchering, cooking, cooling/freezing, and boxing takes a little over one hour - it just doesn't get any fresher than that!
