i Don’t believe so pretty sure you could hold an FFL and only do transfers and be fine. Kinda pointless to do it just for the discounts. Then everything you purchase is on file for the Amendment Taker Force to study…

I believe it is specifically prohibited for an FFL to use their status for personal reasons whether just for deals or to build an impressive personal collection?

You can do a lot of transfers for $10. Just keep the paperwork correct.
