I've been plodding around on gunbroker.com and I found a fellow that had 200 rem corloct 100 grain NOS and in another auction he had 52 speer 87gr and 70 speer spitzer in 117gr. When I "won" both those auctions, he told me that he had 9 boxes of nos ballistic tips and would give me another box of partitions free. all of this for 187 bucks. Lifetime supply of bullets for my 25-06. In another auction, I got 100 hornady RNSP, 50 hornady vmax in 75 gr and 100 sierra 120gr BTSPs. I'm going to be able to do some serious research with all those pills.

I guess the larger question is, where do you find components that don't break the bank?

You can't go wrong with the Nosler Partitions for deer. I have never had to make a second shot and never followed one more than 40-50 yards with my .25-06.

Thanks John... I think the ballistic tip will do just about the same thing. I'm looking forward to doing all the "research" on the great variety of bullets I've bought.
