ATF has stated multiple times before Congress that they have a registration system with a searchable database in place. They simply had their IT guy "turn off" the search function through the database's administrative settings.

Yeah, not really possible, but that works for sheep.

A database is as series of linked/related tables that look like MS Excel most are familiar with. These tables can be accessed/exported separately and searched as you would any table.

If you cannot state your intent/point/position in 1-3 sentences, preferably one (less is more), you are not 100% certain on your intent. Your troops/men/people will pick up on that and do little/nothing while they wait on clear/actionable intent. 1% of your force will abandon/discount your leadership, and press on within a closed/selective "cell." It would benefit your organization to figure out who these people are, and how to best use their skills.

If you cannot state the rationale for your intent in a single 3-5 sentence paragraph/ mission statement, stop. You are not certain of, and/or committed. 29 pages? C'mon...

Lay down the emotion. DO NOT use the same tactics/trigger words as "the left/enemy." By doing so, you lower yourself to their level. Not a position of advantage.
